The Orcas Island Booster Club is founded on the idea that the opportunity to
participate in school athletic programs should exist for every student.  If you
or your student needs help in making that goal achievable, please complete
the information on this sheet.  Once we have received your information, we
will notify you as to how we can help.
If you are seeking financial assistance with participation fees, please be sure
you have filled out a "Free and Reduced Meal Application".  Per State
regulations, this form is used in determining the participation fee structure for
athletics.
